I am looking for experienced professionals who are into web development. This is the first phase of the project where I am looking for requirement gathering for developing website. In this project I need your service to create complete blueprint to initiate a project from the scratch to ending. This includes complete requirements how to start the project, developing RFP document, hiring man power, out sourcing project, working on daily / weekly and monthly progress. Releasing payments based on the completion of project. If you have engaged in a project before proceeding you need to do tinkering on project. Consider example of movie booking website, how do you inititate the project from the scratch to ending. Candidates will be hired based on Interview, and it will be conducted over skype.
