Need a login system build with user groupings. One for Shoppers and the other for Delivery Driver. Both shopers and Delivery Drivers should be grouped by location (zipcode). The shopper login should have email confirmation Delivery driver login should allow them to upload a background check and submit other data. After the submission of their data, an administrator will be able to confirm their signup Need shopping system built where items can be added to cart. Shopper will input valid credit card or paypal information along with their address. Delivery drivers should be able to see shoppers who have purchased items upon login. Once the delivery driver accepts the order from any shopper in his location then he or she will see the list of items and the address of the person. I am capable of adding products to the site myself so no hassle with that. Delivery driver recieves 110% of the order amount. 5% of the order amount goes to my Paypal. When the shopper orders the product, they pay after it is delivered. (The shopper clicks a confirm button when the delivery driver knocks on their door with the product.)
