Hi, This is Robert from Michigan. I think I get your idea. That you want to 'password' protect your USB drive. From a created application that you've started. I've looked into this, and I can use libraries from Truecrypt... They are still available, and open-source. Microsoft moved on to BitLocker, which is not open-source. But libraries from TrueCrypt I can combine with your program and create an API to password protect and open a USB device. It may not be as easy as I say, but I believe I can figure it out and produce a product for you. I've downloaded the source-code for 'TrueCrypt 7.1' already.
