Data entry (reading hand written field notes) for a busy residential appraisal firm and entry into one of 3 different custom form programs (windows programs provided). Electronic sketching of exterior of dwelling (software provided) to calculate dwelling size. Very good command of the verbal and written English language is a must. Basic understanding of basic North America residential homes required. Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel. All software is Windows based. A second screen or printer would be required (1 screen to view the written notes, 1 screen to key in the data). Ability to meet tight deadlines with reliable PC and internet. Job would also evolve into include helping with scheduling, remote printing and limited data searches. Ability to provide basic web design and helping establish the business in Google search results would be a bonus. Successful candidates would be ongoing. With typically more the 40 hours per week available in our busy season (April through September) .
