We have a website built in CakePHP which needs to be reskinned with a new visual design (which will be supplied in Photoshop files). The website is wattelse.com.au. We're looking for someone highly skilled in CakePHP, who is an efficient worker and speaks good English. We also have a Wordpress blog which will need updated when the reskin happens. Someone able to do this as well as the main site would be ideal. The core of the project will kick off once the visual design has been finalised. In the meantime we have small updates that we require, such as form changes, which can be started immediately.
