We are looking for someone to look into [1] errors on our application pages (forms). The forms sometimes submit successfully and other times not (see [login to view URL]) - the form data needs to be sent to an email. [2] Also, every now and then google flags the site with Malware but the page code is clean and all updates are done. We need this site to be checked for Malware and all warnings from google to stop. [3] Lastly, the site needs to be responsive (Adjusts to mobile and other devices)The site address is [login to view URL]
