c# developer to make RSS system

I nee a c# coder to build me a small rss system. Must use vs 2008 with .net3-3.5 here is what i want grid that lets me add edit/delete categories in each category ill build some feed items. for this we will do add edit delete items. We will use a wysiwyg editor to build the content. Because the content must be strict we need to pick the right editor and make sure we dont have to many html tags in there so that it breaks the feed. (i have a telerik licesnse if we want to use it for the editor) Image upload we will use this extjs upload control (easy to use in .net) The library we need to use for the syndication is <[login to view URL]> we will give the users the ability to make a rss or atom feed or one of the others offered by this library We save all this in the db Is should be able to get ot the rss like this [login to view URL] just as an example you might need to help me with this but i want useful urls here so i can easy test and debug I need this all very soon so please let me know exactly how much time you need for this project. i think it is pretty easy based on what my team says about the library Please be familiar with syndications like rss and atom etc.. the lib supports these also RSS, Atom, OPML, APML, BlogML, and RSD I dont know what all these are so you can explain.
