configuration to existing e-commerce template

I am looking to launch and maintain an e-commerce site. The initial step would require configuration or customization to an existing template I purchased. It would require text modification, uploading initial product pictures & brief description of products to be sold on the site all of which I would provide. I estimate just several products initially. The second and ongoing step would require monthly updates to the site as new products are introduced. I would like the ability provide product picture and brief description of item to add to the site. I would prefer to to have the ability to edit the content using a simple web interface, since this is something I will be doing a few times each month. I estimate one to two updates per month.
