Band voting Website

I require a band voting website - I have created a outline / guide - you must have strong design skills - since the design will have to come alive and look tigheter then what I have put together - but the general feel and colour and layout should be roughly the same - just make it come to life. I have posted a PDF with details on all the pages, please read it through and bid after you have looked it over - I Will need it complete in 15 Days.
