Hi, I have an online business of online training ([login to view URL]) and I am looking for someone to setup business accounting and book keeping. The website deals in two currencies USD & INR. Below is what exactly I am looking at: 1. Help me create initial invoices for customers and later I will take it from there 2. Hel me setup tracking of sales, balance sheet, revenue reports 3. There is payment gateway involved and how to account payment gateway charges 4. How to handle refunds 5. How currency conversion will work as the payment gateway conversion charges are less than current market price 6. How website orders, invoices, payment receipts, customer details, sales and accounting of every transaction will happen. In a nutshell, I want to setup complete company accounting which I can use to generate reports (revenue, profit and loss) and use for tax (Indian Tax Law) purpose also. If this needs a prior meeting online to understand further, let me know.
