My company based in Singapore requires a short term resource to prepare outstanding company financial accounts and lodge compliance documents with ACRA and the IRAS (This could become a more regular role). The company is a simple structure that trades in securities and sometimes earns fees for consulting work and so is uncomplicated. The candidate will be able to demonstrate strong experience in all aspects of the above skills required including corporate secretary, tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance skills specifically related to Singapore’s governance requirements. Renumeration is flexible.
