Build an android app that utilizes bluetooth, file database, and can produce wiring diagrams.

This android app is meant to be used with an HVAC controller PCB board which will be monitoring and controlling multiple heating sources (diesel boilers, electric heaters etc.). The main purpose of this app is to perform the controller’s initial setup. The user will connect to the board via Bluetooth in order to perform an initial setup on the board. To perform this setup, the user will have to answer a number of questions about the controllers functions (something like a setup wizard). From these questions the required parameter values of the board can be determined. At the end of the questionnaire, the setup data will be sent to the controller, and the user will be presented with a simple connection diagram of the HVAC controller, this diagram will be auto-generated and will depend on the user’s previous answers. The app will have two languages available, English and Greek, all available text strings will be given in both languages, the language should change to Greek only if the phone’s/Tablet’s OS language is also Greek.
