I need to develop an GIS App for Android and Huawei in the Kotlin language (Must deliver source code, well commented). Sp: requiero desarrollar una App SIG para Android y Huawei en lenguaje Kotlin (Debe entregar código fuente, bien comentado). The development will be modular. The most important modules are: 0- Map Screen (ZOOM, ROTATION,LOCATION, MEASUREMENTS, SEARCH BY NAME) 1- Loading base maps from providers such as Google, OSM, Esri, 2- Connection to WMS services, WFS with and without authentication. 3- Vector drawing in the App of Points, Lines and Polygons based on GNSS position, plotting on screen or entering coordinates manually. 4-Associate attributes, numerical, logical, text to vectors. 5- Connection to NTRIP or RTK Service for GNSS correction. 6- Transactional connection with Postgresql 7- Import and Export of Vector Data and Attributes from files such as SHP, CSV, GeoJSON, KML 8- Connection to FTP / S3 AWS for data import and export 9- Capture of Multimedia (audio, video, photos) and association of existing in devices to layers and vector objects 10 -Clinometer with Camera 11- Compass Other modules will be negotiated with the selected provider El desarrollo será modular. Los módulos más importantes son: 0- Ventana de Mapa (ZOOM, ROTACION,LOCALIZACIÓN, MEDICIONES, BUSCAR POR NOMBRE) 1- Carga de mapas base de proveedores como Google, OSM, Esri, 2- Conexión a servicios de WMS, WFS con y sin autenticación. 3- Dibujo vectorial en el App de Puntos, Lineas y Poligonos basada en posición GNSS, trazado en pantalla o ingreso de coordenadas manualmente. 4-Asociar atributos, númericos, lógicos, texto a los vectores. 5- Conexión a NTRIP o Servicio RTK para corrección GNSS. 6-Conexión transaccional con Postgresql 7- Importación y Exportación de Datos Vectoriales y Atributos desde archivos tipo SHP, CSV, GeoJSON, KML 8- Conexión a FTP / S3 AWS para importación y exportación de datos 9- Captura de Multimedios (audio, video, fotos) y asociación de existentes en dispositivos a capas y objetos vectoriales 10 -Clinometro con Camera 11- Brújula Otros módulos se negociarán con el proveedor seleccionado
