I'm currently working on the design of an aftermarket ECU so I can definitely help you. It sounds like you're decribing part of the functionality of an ECU or a device that overides the ECU? How does the bypass valve work, is it the idle valve? Are the throttle body and bypass valve stepper motor driven? Hello, I understand what you want. you want to read gas pedal position and rpm to calculate the target map pressure. by controlling turbo wastegate solenoid valve you want to hit that map target. it would be external to the engine ecu. I can help you to build the initial prototype. but after real world testing, we should initiate a second phase of the project for a real world reliable product. because under the hood there are lots of heat and vibration which some electronics couldn't withstand. maybe we can use some aftermarket arduino based ECU's if you agree. we can discuss the details in chat. kind regards
