3-4 asp pages , login page , select payment type page , confirmation page

Hi, Basically this part of my site , we buy games from customers online who post to us. I need to create 3 neet looking pages , they will follow on from this page... [login to view URL] the customers details are already stored by using cookie (not session cookie) , with no expiry , as in expires on browser close. 1st page will be login information , will require login for exisiting customer and create new customer , new customer will require email address confirm email address password and confirm password , with some checking when tabbing out of each field. , dont mind if this is session cookie at this stage. 2nd page will be choosing a payment option , only options are get paid by cheque , and get paid by bank transfer. when customer choose by cheque it will revel innerhtml and check exisitng database for customeraddress information , also allow to add new address with necessar checks. Bank payment would need to select option and on selecting reveal innerhtml for them to add payment details for sort code and account number with checks in place. 3rd page will be confirmation of sell order. I would like these pages to look good with nice input boxes , please let me know your thoughts.
