Project Management Software and Website

Dear Experts, I am looking for an expert programmer & website designer, or a team who has some experience in making a project management software and websites. As I have a few projects going on I am again low on funds, and maximum I want to spend is $500, if this sounds reasonable to you then please bid on this project. I want to whole thing to be in C# and MSSQL. I have attached a DFD and a Sitemap for the website as well. You can get all the details by looking at the attached files. I have a few other projects going on as well which I am planning to outsource but it all depends on if I can find the right team to do it for me. I am based in US and would want regular updates on every project as I am very demanding on these issues and would want the person to pace up with me. I will be normally phoning to ask about the progress or would want the company to call me upon my reasonable requests. As everyone else, I would also want to see some previous work relating to this project but it’s not compulsory. Design: An elegant design will suffice. Time Period: Short on time as always and want this done in 3-4 weeks Max. Payment: Payment will be made upon 100% completion (which means it will be installed on my server and tested) of the project via Pay Pal or GAF Escrow. No Payments will be made for unfinished work, and I will leave negative feedback for any unprofessional work and behavior. Non-Disclosure Agreement: Non-Disclosure Agreement will have to be signed by the bidder who’s bid is accepted.
