VB user registration with online payment help!

I have a requirement for a 'user registration' and 'online payment' facility for my new website, but programming this section is beyond my limited capability. I have developed a simple website using Visual Studio 2005 in VB based on a master page and using CSS on IIS. There is also a MS SQL server backend on the same server to hold registered user subscriptions. I can provide hand drawn sketches of how I would like this to look although I am more interested in the code that makes this happen. I also can provide a basic database table structure for the user details. Please note: the password storage must be hashed! I cannot provide a test environment so you will be expected to either send me the VS project to test or to provide access to your test environment during development. On completion of this work I require all the code for copying into my project.
