I'm an architect, looking for a qualified technician, preferably CIAT or RICS registered, to produce drawings for planning and building regulations applications for House Extensions, who can also manage the applications, liaise with local councils in North West of England and keep me updated as to the status and progress of the applications. It would also be of great value to me if the technician can also produce 3D models of the schemes. There will be lots of repeat work for someone if we work well together, I'm looking to build a good working relationship with someone. Looking forward to hearing form you!
