I have some very detailed floor plan drawings. I need them turned into complete, professional, architectural plans. This is for a duplex. Footprint is about 80x50. Both have walk-out basements. The south side unit has a finished basement and loft bedroom suite. The north side unit will just be finished on the main level. Time is of the essence! We hope to start construction in June.
