$220 1. Taking the assessors map, which provides a good strong guide to what is needed, create one lot map, TO EXACT SCALE, with dimensions. Refer to government data & directional descriptions (most of which we will provide) for angles of lot lines. Carefully check angles in your drawings for accuracy. Create north arrow. Create graphic scale. Carefully add contour lines onto the map (in a separate layer). Final work is 1 pdf at 24" x 36", and 1 source files. Milestone finished. We will provide standard guidelines for a US survey (font type, what types of lines, positioning of important text) Take a breath! 2. Using the above work which will provide a strong starting point, a lot lines move associating 06 and 07 together. 06 is being reallocated to another owner, and creating a new part southern most boundary line for 06/07 . Final work is 'before' map pdf, and 'after map' pdf and source file.
