Gathering from the drawing provided, I have previously completed several projects of similar requirements. I have several tools (software) to enable me complete the tasks and I WILL do a deal to get started here at Freelancer! Is it just a plan in dwg you require? do you require 3D renders? The drawing can be put in whatever format required. I have used AutoCad since 2000 and as part of my Engineering degree (Graduated 2002), I used AutoCad to map a large open pit mine. Since then I have used mainly AutoCad in the UK construction industry. I have recently started using Revit which is far better and faster in regards to constructions, Plans, elevations, isometric views, schedules and renders. All of which are now drawn faster. Give me more details and I'll deliver at an undercutting price to get started here at freelancer. Also depending on your requirements I may be able to deliver the project in one day. As I usually complete a average drawing say a home (2 level three bedroom house) in 2 hours that includes plans, elevations, and a couple Renders.
