i would like to find anomaly in in my csv file which relates to performance data. anomoly should show any sudden spikes in response time for example my csv file has response time , lat , long radios. i would like to find anomaly for example if response time is high for some lat long and radius then it should be hogh for exampl elapsed lat long radious 923 34.0808 117.718 0 is an anomoly as moority af data lies with elapsed time of 300 however with 2200 34.0808 117.718 400 is an anamoly as most of data with radius lies with value 1200 i have almost 30 csv files and would like to start asap sample csv is also attached

Hi, I understand that you need to find odd man out in elapsed column. I have been into data analysis, machine learning and deep learning areas from last 7 years. I can help you in this. Is it required for you this to be done in Azure ML Studio? Can I do it on system(Python on system) or AWS Sagemaker? Please let me know your response.
