Ongoing project: banners and more

Our company sells jewelry making supplies and beading kits from our Shopify Pro site. See: [login to view URL] Our customer is a woman between the ages of 45-65+ Shes educated and creative. Shes more likely to be found shopping on Etsy than Amazon. Your understanding who our customer is should inform your creative choices. Graphics needed every week in support of our weekly sale and product launches. Attached are samples of the 3 emails we send each week: - One email announcing our sale - A last chance email for the end of the sale - A weekly "digest" (announcing new products/projects) We provide fully composed, ready to use photography and specific technical instructions for sizing etc. The emails are templated in Mailchimp and don't change. You only need to provide the email banner/header (1) and featured project images to size, (usually 8 images) and video images, (usually 2), sometimes adding an inset. (see samples) We'll pop the images into the template. Related to these we require a weekly: - Homepage slider banner - Facebook banner (derived from homepage banner) - Instagram or other social media image We also do product launches, product collections and do live classes for which we need the same type of materials: homepage sliders, other homepage banners, Facebook banner, social media image. These occur 2-3 times a month and follow one of 6 or 7 different templates that don't change. Your input will be primarily selection font style and size and adding creative embellishments like backrounds, insets and the like. We will share a Google doc with all items needed and delivery dates (same dates each week) SUPER important that you are organized, communicative and able to meet hard deadlines.
