I require a new cryptocurrency similar to ethereum with a few differences: -no mining -no transaction fees -instant secure transactions -tokens -smart contracts -icos -direct exchange to and from main currency and tokens based on exchange rates -exchange rate is based on buy/sell orders I will need wallet, block explorer, and the tokens creation, smart contract tools etc all set up. This will be an all in one platform. Before we start project I need the following: -detailed explanation of what will be done and how it will be done -specs etc -explanation of how we can have a max supply or no max supply and have tokens exchnaged instantly to main currency without any exchange partners -explain how token exchanges with main currency wont effect the main currencies value and even better explain how it could increase its value
