Writers paid $0.65 - $1.5/100 words - NATIVES ONLY!

Hi, I am currently building my team with more writers. I am only looking for serious writers who are willing to turn this into a long-term relationship. I have a lot of work on a weekly basis. I only want english natives, so only those living in the UK or US or Australia apply please. I can't waste my time with getting work that I need to edit myself or get them returned by our clients. So, please, don't bid unless you really believe your English is perfect. I am looking for writers who are : ~creative and can write interesting pieces to catch reader's attention ~responsible enough to READ the rules carefully and ask questions when they don't understand ~open for feedback from my side. I have great respect for writers (I am one, too) but in order to improve and understand what I need from you, you have to be open to receive feedback from me from time to time. ~available on skype or gmail chat for quite some time. (Writers who are online during the day will get more work from me because sometimes I just give out work to whoever is online at that time.) ~Able to work on at least 4 - 5 days a week. (If you can work on weekends too, that's a plus. However, it's not necessary) ~follow deadline strictly - If you fit all the other criteria but not this one, DON'T BID. ~You have to check your email frequently. Whenever I send a task, I won't be able to wait longer than 24 hours for you to ACCEPT/DECLINE the task. I like to build a good rapport with my writers so when we chat up, it's not just about work. You know, we're also human beings, not just workers. I believe that such attitude will also help for the work to improve naturally. If you're happy, I'm happy. If I'm happy, you'd be happy too ;) I am opening this project to get in contact with potential long-term writers. I am getting a lot of projects from long-term clients asking me for different services, and I am constantly turning them down. However, I am getting all sorts of projects from different clients and as I have said, I'm refusing them. I want to have a list of potential writers who can do this. For those who are going to bid, please ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS. To make sure that you have read my project, kindly include "zumba" in your post. Let me know what type of work you can do and provide me SAMPLES. I will ignore any application WITHOUT samples. Pay will vary, but the minimum is usually set at $0.65 per 100 words.
