We are a real estate company which focuses on development in Switzerland. We made the acquisition of a car showroom (Peugeot) and a petrol station in a city next to Geneva called Gland. We are going to demolish the current building and build a new office building instead. We have received the floor plan and a little sketch from our architect but now we would like to render an image in 3D and incorporate it into the landscape. Please refer to the "unknown" picture to see the quality of modelling we are looking for. Please refer to the screenshot picture to see the site we bough. Please refer to both pdfs to see the floor-plan of the new office building and the first little sketch. This little sketch is the base of the model you need to create in color. We are looking for something elegant with large glass windows and vegetation around it. Please let me know if you are interested and if you can do the job in 10 days? Best,
