strucutural design of slabs of three storey building and detailed drawings

I am posting this job here due to my tight schedules and this is related to my territory. Need to do the structural design of the SLABS of FIRST FLOOR and GROUND FLOOR of the shopping complex. The design should be done according to the British standards. The detailed drawings should be done in Auto CAD in one to one scale and provide the drawings with the layout for the size of A3 paper. ONLY engineers can bid this, not the draft-men. Please provide sample drawings of similar projects you did in Auto CAD 2007 format. When offering the job, the past experience and the low cost will be considered.
