I am wanting to set up an on-going business relationship with a CAD operator to draw residential house plans from approximate scaled hand drawings that I will supply via email and returned to me by email. These plans will be used for advertising in the real estate business. The finished plans will be an approximate only, not an accurate architectural plan and accuracy will be covered by a disclaimer. The finished plan is to be a gif or jpg document. I have an Expression of Interest document which lists all my requirements along with samples of the drawings I want and a samples of drawing types that I require to be costed so that I can complete my business plan.
