I am a solidworks certified professional. i have been in the design field for over 30 years. I am currently wrapping up a 320 room hotel design for an american client to be placed on a eastern college campus. I would deliver. A 3D model of the walls and elevations of the exterior office. A list of materials as in number of doors windows with sizes, number of toilets sinks wall plugs light switches and lights. the types of each of these is up to you. I use as many standard sized items as possible. No expensive custom construction work. I don't do plumbing structural hvac and electrical. I just layout a 4300 sq ft office to be practical, efficient, and feasible. I put materials on the wall finishes/ textures and give you call out on each. I'll need to know the business being conducted in the office so as to lay it out in an efficient manner. I studied industrial engineering so I understand workflow very well.
