Architect drawings

I need to get architect plans drawn for my new house. These plans need to: 1. submit to the RBKC council for planning permission approval; 2. submit to the RBKC council for heritage planning permission; 3. used by the contractor to implement and manage the build process. My husband is an architect and is able to do the first round of drawings and map out our ideas but we need someone to complete the set to support planning applications an the other processes outlined above including elevations etc ...... I would like to work out a fixed price or discuss hourly if you think that would work better but we need to estimate the total number of hours required. You would need to be able to visit the house to take all measurements so would be better if you lived close to SW3 London.
