$200 We are to present a list of materials for a single family home to an investor, who will evaluate it to see whether they will invest in the financing of the construction of the single family home. The original source of the data is a multi tabbed spreadsheet, being continually updated with responses from prospective suppliers -it's rough. From that, a neat organized material category by material category document is to be produced (by you) that is presentable, readable, and attractive, for sending onto the investor. Knowledge of building materials highly advantageous. The work will have peaks/troughs, as more data becomes available for your to organize.
