I need a house plan, for my home.

I need a house plan, for a plot of width 40 feet and length 70 feet, facing east and have opened both sides with following conditions. 1.) We need one small basement (approximately 20'x15'), ground floor and 1st floor. 2.) The ground floor should have one master bedroom with attached dressing room and bathroom, one drawing cum dining room, one multimedia room which could also be used as a second bedroom, one common toilet bathroom set for guests, and one kitchen (the open kitchen is not preferred). 3.) On the first floor, we need one bedroom kitchen and toilet bathroom set for rent purpose separate stairs should be provided from the back side (west side). Two bedrooms, one bedroom with attached toilet bathroom and one without. One common toilet bathroom set, one store room if possible. 4.) The ground floor should have space for a small garden. 5.) House plan should include front facade design with colors, electric & plumbing fixture, structure design. 6.) Interior designs of all bedrooms, lobby, drawing room should be included. 7.) The Plot is located in Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan), which is extremely hot in summer (48-degree Celsius). So you should consider this fact, also Airconditioning would be provided in every room.
