I am searching for an architect that analyzes different zoning regulations for different states in the USA to get the formula to calculate additional buildable square footage. finally we want to get a formula for our website that calculate that for different houses in different states. I need an architect who has experience for approval extensions areas and is aware of all details of this process. In New York, the formula is simple as you would calculate lot size* FAR to get your additional buildable footage. I have different ways that were given to me by my architect to be able to calculate this for. other states. I now need help to determine the best formula to achieve this have additional buildable square footage. The information is then run through our financial model.
