Please find the fresh set of data file attached herewith. We have 36 subjects with 12 subjects in each sub group. Treatment R, Control C and Treatment E. Other constants are the supplied feed for the animals. Please refer to sheet "Feed" which shows the quantity of feed given to each animal in a specific date". The 10 kg of dry roughage feeding is constant for each animal for entire duration of the study. Variables: Milk yield is corrected based on its fat content. The variable is Fat Corrected Milk in the sheet (FCM) marked in pink. This need to be compared between the groups. Milk SNF (marked in yellow) and Milk protein (marked in blue) are other two milk based variables which need to be compared between the three groups. We also need to compare the milk urea nitrogen values (Sheet MUN), SCC numbers, body weight and BCS (Qualitative assessment) between the three groups. The animals were acclimatized from the date of 26Mar18 till 04April18. Treatment started from 05April18 and continued till 25April18. It would be good to see the comparison between before treatment milk record and after treatment milk record. R group fed with the product R and E group fed with product E. Control group was maintained without any treatment. Thank you

I see you didn't specify any kind of report and/or tool that you'd like to be used. Usually I do these analysis using Python, but it'd be good to know if that's OK by you.
