32437 Easy Wizard Application

This project is to create a desktop program that will be similar to the software in Business Plan Pro. This is NOT business plan software, but will simply be similar in format to BPP. Users will be able to download and look at sample essays as they complete their applications. It should run on the Windows operating system and create a final, formatted document that can be exported into Word or pdf format. OTHER FEATURES Activation Code: The program will need to have a serial code activation feature, where the user needs to enter an activation code to use the program. This will of course need a key generator program so new keys can be generated. Windows Installer: The program will also need a windows installer, so it can be installed automatically. Template database: Templates need to be stored as individual template files in a subdirectory to enable additional templates to be added without the need to alter the installer each time a new template is added. DELIVERABLES 1. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition with a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4. Non-compete and non-disclosure to be signed after acceptance. Finally, I should add that I want to develop a long term relationship with a programmer or team.
