I need a software built that will do the following; 1. Load all the L2TP IP Addresses based on country. 2. Include a VPN Killswitch option 3. Store VPN Username and Password it shall use to authenticate to all the L2TP servers it connects to. 4. Iframe in the app where users can use to access their account details on the app's website. I have a design already that needs to be followed strictly to the letter. 5. System tray when minimized. All the same functions from the windows app.

I am a Mac OS apps Developer and have got plenty of experience in L2TP VPN Client side working I can develop this sort of application in which that load all the L2TP IP Addresses based on country, VPN Killswitch option will be there, Authentication from L2TP servers and rest of the things
