Can you tell me do you want to write a fresh implementation of the deflate compression or some existing compression library could be used (there are some that do not have external dependencies).

Hello, This looks as an interested project. I am quite familiar with the Huffman code, so I can finish the job. I am guessing you don't need to decode a file that was encoded with another deflate implementation. Otherwise, I would have to bid a bit more. I can have this completed in one week.
