C/C++ File parser for game demo recording files -- 2

This project requires writing a file parser for demo files created by an id Tech 3 engine *derivative*. There's source code for this very project, but it's either outdated, incomplete and/or written in a non-C/C++ language. The target language is C++ (MSVS, Windows), the provided source code will be in Delphi and C. An example of the source code: http://www[.]elho[.]net/games/q3/q3dspecs[.]htm & https://web[.]archive[.]org/web/2005*/skuller-vidnoe[.]narod[.]ru/downloads/dm_68[.]zip The provided source code should cover your needs to do 99%, if not 100%, of all the work. - Reasonable command of English is a must. - Knowledge of C/C++ is a must. - Knowledge of Delphi is highly preferred. - Knowledge of the relevant Quake 3 code (freely accessible on Github) will very be helpful. - The code should be written in C++, working on Windows, compilable by MSVS, operating standalone (it should not require other programs to be running simultaneously), and should accept input either by means of a GUI, parameters or keyboard input (console application).
