FTP Watch Programm (file integrity) with database

I need a program that should do the following things: first time run, crawl all files from ftp and download these, then calculate md5 hash, save these files to a specified directory and save information to database - check the ftp time sheduled for changed files - do this check on all files and folders and subfolders, this must also work with latin chars like ö ä ü - alert when files are changed with email - download changed files, save these seperately with self specified suffix and replace it with the original (initaiting) one - "upload" mode, when i change files by me it should ask in this mode if the changes was made by me and save this as "new original" all data should stay on pc (no external database), so sqlite or similar should be used for this. prefer this work in c# or [login to view URL] you must give me the c# / [login to view URL] project files after working on it. you must able to do changes (pay for it) if needed.
