2D Joystick Controlled Continuous Running Video Game

We are interested in creating a PC or tablet game that will work with an adduino joystick. As such developers experienced in working with Arduino and the Arduino IDE or other microprocessors are preferred. The game should be a 2-dimensional continuous running game that works with two joystick inputs. It should start with a user information section where name, age, and theme is chosen. There should be 2-3 themes (1 themes to start, and add more later) for different age groups or genders. Once their information has been inputted calibration should be performed in order to adjust the game for the player. Calibration should be part of the game tutorial or another task (for those who have already played the game) that maintains the user immersed while calibration is performed. The game itself should include periodic prizes and rewards including different prize levels (depending on the difficulty to obtain prizes) and prize collection tracking to reward the user for consistently receiving prizes. If the user receives 3 of prize A, for example, they will enter a double points mode or receive a tool that allows them to gather additional point easily. Prizes can be adjusted based on two inputs 1. The difficulty of reaching the prize on the running axis 2. The time between prizes The game can be played in three modes, two of the modes will automatically adjust the inputs based on predetermined values, the third mode will have the same settings as the second, but will change content to account for sensory input that is being received from the environment such as the scent of oranges. At any point a parent or guardian can access advance settings with a passcode. This will allow them to edit the parameters related to the inputs above. The values shown by default will be based on the current mode, the authorized user can adjust these values to any value within a predetermined range using a dial or keypad input. At any point a parent or guardian may also add in an special reward that will appear on the running axis by pressing a button on the screen. The game should be able to be stopped abruptly and all data from the joystick should be saved to a CSV file. As there is associated hardware with this game, U.S. based developers are preferred. Significant milestones: - User information - Calibration - Mode 1: easy mode - Mode 2: difficult mode - Mode 3: sensory mode - End game & save data At a later time: - Create additional themes - Auto detection joystick and launch game. Multiple themes that can start when a computer/tablet detects when the joystick is connected and auto launches the installer or game.
