image selection application --2

I need an application which will read images from the filesystem and display 4 images on the screen at the same time, to let the user select one image by pressing a key (1,2,3,4). The selected image is moved to a "selected" sub-folder and the other three are moved to a "not-selected" sub-folder. Then move onto the next set of four images. This process is repeated until there are no images left on the original folder. The application must operate in full-screen mode so that all screen pixels are used for image display. The file name, timestamp, and file size must be displayed in small font under each image. Images need to be pre-buffered at display size in order to provide maximum load speed. The development environment is Microsoft Visual Studio Express (free edition) and you may use C++, C#, or VB.NET as the programming language. Use of third-party libraries and components is permitted only if full source code is included in the project. Windows installer/uninstaller for end-users must be made part of the project. Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation Imaging Component (WPF Imaging) must be used for loading and manipulating image files.
