There is a requirement file attached. Please do not bid BEFORE/WITHOUT checking the attached requirement file. Project budget is the real budget so do not bid unnecessarily to discuss further budget increase. JOB: an animation character's legs and main body will be moved according to the data streamed through bluetooth transmission (serial port communication in real time - every 25-35 ms). Animation character may NOT be designed from scratch. Ready to use assets may be purchased. The job is using incoming serial port data to move a 3D object in space.
