Simple Blazor Crud

Good morning. I am looking for an experienced developer in Asp.Net Core 3.2 Blazor WebAssembly to implement a simple CRUD with Blazorize. No need for any back-end development, this is just to test run-time performance of Blazor. I will supply you the source code for a fake datasource. Expectations: *** Professional front-end work done by someone with real-life Blazor experience *** - Grid view with the data of the fake datasource - Grid view should have 3 columns - One grid view column should implement mouse hover event to change look and feel upon hovering, and making the column clickable to open a popup modal to display Details of the record - Another grid view column should have an Edit icon, a Remove icon, a "Activate" link, and an "Inactivate" link - Above the grid I want a "Create" button which should open a Create popup modal to add a new record - The Edit icon should open an Update popup modal to edit a selected record - The "Remove" icon should open a Confirmation popup modal to get user confirmation about the the removal of the selected record - The "Activate" and "Inactivate" links should open a Confirmation popup modal to get user confirmation about the operation to be performed The user interface should be nice looking and give a fluid feeling, so development best practices should be used.
