Hi there, This is a preliminary/introductory proposal. I have worked with large-scale Kiosk-style apps for large systems(enterprise, UK government etc). Anyways, you requirements are simply resolved: Possible options to consider include: 1) WIndows Media PLayer on Windows 10, or any other Media player, to run your video in Full-screen or KIOSK MODE(which ALL players support), after x minutes of no keyboard activity. This can be done simply using the Task Scheduler Utility that comes with Windows (usually it does, not sure about Win 10). or I can develop an application that will monitor user activity and then launch or play the video in full-screen/kiosk mode 2) You should be able set up Win 10 to lock-down in Kiosk mode AND use Google Chrome as the Default browser, with one portal/website of your's as the only possible website the user is able to navigate to.
