Design circuit with membrane switch, LED and solar charging circuit

I would like a simple circuit designed ready for PCB manufacturing. The components to incorporate into the circuit is LED COB, solar module, controller circuit, battery. I do not want someone to simply take an existing circuit diagram from the web, I have seen these. I require someone with design experience who can also assist in best selection of components and put together a complete design ready for production. Experience in energy saving circuits and tactile membrane switches are an advantage.

You need a solar powered thingie, with membrane switch/s, now though it is difficult to imagine the functionality as a designer of electronic products for three decades it can be done if your requirement does not violate some fundamental physical rules. Cheers Adi CTO Fornax Research

Have industrial experience in PCB designing. Have worked on many embedded projects : coding and hardware designing. Have 4+ years experience in KiCad and EAGLE Cad. Worked on many modules like SIM908, Nordic nRF51822, CY7C65632 and have done projects on GSM/GPS ,Induction Cooktop, Note counting Machine, USB Hub etc. Also have experience in creating 3D model of the PCB board.
