Create Pine Script code for tradingview strategy

I would like to hire someone to create a Pine Script for the 5 minute charts based on the following criteria: Buy Signal Red Candle with upper wick (it also may or may not have a bottom wick) Candle must be below the 8ema The upper wick must touch or go through the 8ema 8ema MUST NOT touch candle body Signal will be given at 1min and 30seconds left within the 5 minutes if all the buy criteria is met Signal alert will be sent via e mail and will alert onscreen with an arrow (pointing up at that current candle) and a sound Sell Signal Green candle with bottom wick (it also may or may not have an upper wick) Candle must be above the 8ema The bottom wick must touch or go through the 8ema 8ema MUST NOT touch candle body Signal will be given at 1min and 30seconds left within the 5 minutes if all the sell criteria is met Signal alert will be sent via e mail and will alert onscreen with an arrow (pointing down at that current candle) and a sound
