eBook editing real estate topic, $250

I publish an ebook and I need you to adopt the one I have and make a slightly different one. So this is mostly editing of existing material. 1. Go through about 12,000 words, changing who it's directed to. Now it's directed to one type of person. I need it directed to another type of person. Can't discuss specifics here on a public board. 2. Need a bit of original research done that will take a few hours, cruising on some of the Net forums. 3. I have several other writeups of roughly 4000 words to go over and incorporate into this. More editing. The result will be: A short ebook, and A series of lessons, all in MS Word and ready to pdf 1. You will use MS Word common styles for headlines, sub heads, body copy, etc. 2. You will have perfect American English 3. You write very informally, just like this. Very easy to understand. No semi-colons. Simple words. 3. You will have a preliminary submission to me in 3 days, a full completed draft to me done in 5 days, and a final version done two days after I approve it. 4. I have a lot of other work like this.
