Create a class to calculate the total bill for a restaurant meal. It should have variables for meal amount, tax rate, and gratuity rate. Use appropriate constructors/deconstructors. Use 8.5% as the default for tax rate and a default of 18% for gratuity rate. Write a program to demonstrate your meal calculator. It should display the meal amount, tax, tip, and total bill.
