creating an admin and control panel for an auction site.

I want created an admin and control panel for my site. web template are already ready. site should be guaranteed free of bugs, for this you have to just confirm in writing on your proposal 5. i will release the payments immediately after project is complete which we should both agree to 6. the site is an auction site which is for real estate auctions, the auction is based on the lowest unique bid auction similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] for more clarification you can see the links on the [login to view URL] site which is much clear on this 7. there will be no payment system as i will be accepting payment only by cheques or money orders 8. the users will only have to register on the site with all their information like name, age, complete address, contact information and all the other registration details 9. after the users register he will be asked to choose a username and password and will be given an account where he can check his details, and can also see his bidding history if he has any. 10. when the users bid on a particular auction, the user will be given 3 bids to bid on one auction. on the first bid, the window will pop up and just ask to confirm his bid. on the consecutive bids the window will pop up, but this time he will be prompted if it is a duplicate bid, and then he can correct his bid by going back and then press the confirm button. 11. i need an admin interface where i can create auctions by a) uploading pictures, b) details of the auctions c) start date d) end date e) minimum price f) maximum price g) auction header h) select currency for the auction like US, euro, pound, rupees, kuwait dinar, uae dirham i) select in what multiples can the users bid that means in one's, ten's, hundred's, or thousand's j) manage users k) i can select the number of bids any user can bid, that means i should be able to add or delete the number if bids in their account l) in the admin interface i also need to create reports about every auction as to how many users were there in the auction and what were every user's bids. m) in the admin interface i need an announcement link where i can post announcements which will show on the home page n) a link in the admin interface where i can send messges to the users o) after a user bids on an auction it should have a unique reference number. this reference number is very important. because there will be a winners link on the home page which will show after the auction is complete the complete bid details of every user which will have the reference number p) in the home page i also need a flash demo which shows how the auction works. this has to be a link in the home page. this is the same which is mentioned in the bid request and the attached file but i just had to clear the whole thing as to what i want in complete detail. also if you check the reference site i have mentioned in the bid request its the same
