We have a database of 853 real estate agent businesses in our local area. We need a competent web searcher who also has excel spreadsheet skills to search for the company on the web and get the names and email addresses of the property managers & property manager assistants for that company. Most should easily be able to found on the web but if some do not list the email addresses or property managers, you will need to call the receptionist and ask the names and email addresses of the property managers on behalf of our company. Spreadsheet will be simple as the only columns required are company name, company address, company website, property manager name and property manager email. Most companies will have multiple property managers and assistants so all are required. The company name and address field is already filled out so you just need to double check address and change if its wrong. Accuracy of data is super important.

I am the best candidate for this job as I recently completed a very similar task where I obtained the contact details for a number of publications including Chief Editor and Assistants. The spreadsheet I completed was slightly more complex in that I added value by also including links to the web pages so future reviews of the spreadsheet could easily be completed with ease and minimal research time required. This has saved the company time and money that would've been spent in the future on additional contractor hours.
